Taylor created the cult ASMR 10 triggers that aid in sleeping (35 million views as of the end of August in 2022). ASMR Twenty Triggers to Go To Sleep, a video that was extremely popular in July 2017, has now been watched by more than 38 million viewers as at the 20th of August 2012. In August of 2017, Shane Dawson featured her during an interview. She also reached 1,000,000 users shortly afterwards. In February, Wired UK estimated that she made $1,000 per day in advertising revenues through her YouTube channel.

Dennis Helfer, a Canadian farmer, and Elaine Helfer, a Canadian woman are her parents. Her heritage includes German, English. Swedish and Norwegian. She graduated from Stettler's William E. Hay Composite High School. Three of her sisters Tammy, Tara and Trena worked and lived on her farm owned by her parents. Helfer was spotted at 17 by a scout from a modeling agency when she was waiting in line at the movie theater.
