Elizabeth Reaser was born and raised in Michigan, US. She is an American acting and television actor. Elizabeth was raised in Michigan. She had a keen interest to become an actor as a young girl. When she graduated in high school, she pursued a degree in acting at Juilliard School. She graduated with a degree in fine arts. As a guest in The Sopranos she had her debut TV appearance. Later, she appeared on other popular shows like The Jury Hack, Standoff, and The Jury. In 2006, she experienced a major career break as the role of Alice Alden was offered to her in the TV series Saved. Then she appeared in Greys Anatomy, The Good Wife and True Detective. Also, she was in movies such as Liberal Arts One and Two and the five parts of The Twilight Saga.

Jessica's interest for TV and film was first noticed at a young and impressionable age. Jessica began her modeling career. A casting director in Australia approached models and asked them to come for auditions. The role she was offered was "Kiki" from The Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girl. The years that followed she's appeared in small roles in Peter Pan and Aquamarine. The actress played Cleopatra in the Netflix Roman Empire's second season. She also played in the iconic film, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica was selected in the global contest in 2018 to play the role of Talon, the main character, in The Outpost. A tape with her acting was sent to the producers, along with a second tape showing her performing MMA. They wanted to know if she could do sword fights and on the following day, she sent them footage of sword fight. Jessica, after reading the script of the role was aware that it was essential to master weapons. So she recorded her very first weapon training lesson. Jonathan Glassner claims that the stunt team was astonished at her skills in the first session. Jessica's first time in the United States for a principal film part, as her previous roles were in Australia. Jessica's enthusiasm for action is evident in her character, with mixed martial arts and horseback riding skills as well her strength and agility. Jessica can also pull off her stunts in a way that portrays an imposing female character. She has studied boxing as well as muay Thai in Australia and has also been practicing at a mixed martial training facility for martial arts. When filming Season 4, Jake Stormoen encountered a dog who was roaming the scene. The pet was part of an entire litter of puppies which were living in the film sets. Jessica took care of two puppies.
